Delete my account & data

Works without installing the app — required by Google Play & the App Store. Replaces [https://yourdomain.com/delete-account] once hosted.

Fastest: inside the app (10 seconds)

Open KhataCopilot → Profile → Delete Account & All Data → confirm. This wipes the on-device ledger (sales, parties, items, invoices) immediately. Keep the app closed afterwards so auto-sync cannot re-upload.

Without the app: email request

Send from your registered email/phone to abhishek@khatakopilot.store with subject “Delete my KhataCopilot data” and include: (1) the phone number or email used in the app, (2) your shop/business name. We delete the cloud backup copy (businesses, ledger entries, items, customers, invoices) and confirm by reply within 30 days — sooner wherever the store policy requires it.

What gets deleted, what never existed

Deleted: cloud business profile + ledger entries + catalog + parties + invoices tied to your account; on-device DB via the in-app flow.
Never held by us: bank credentials, UPI PINs, card data — the app only displays a QR with your own VPA and never processes payments.
May survive briefly: encrypted backups/retention logs age out on their normal cycle after deletion; support emails about the request itself (proof we honoured it).
